Leadership Training
This program mobilizes leaders for transformation by providing them relationship and resources that equip them to add value to people who will multiply value to others through Beyond Success Tables. People gather to learn and live good values related to successful life & leadership in a safe, open, and authentic atmosphere.
Entrepreneurship
Training Program
This program includes a series of workshops that provide entrepreneurs with training on how to generate business ideas, start their businesses, and improve the performance of their businesses. During these workshops entrepreneurs will have opportunities to interact with industry experts, investors, top local business leaders, and potential customers.

Future Leaders
Program
The is a year-long aspiration raising and leadership development program. It offers high-achieving Grade 11 or 12 pupils an opportunity for leadership development, personalized coaching, and peer support. The aim is to help pupils maximize their potential and pursue more aspirant educational and leadership futures.
